Uptown is the most visited place of people and this place is the center of the dining / bar / jazz club belonging to chef Marcus Samuelsson is never empty since it opened in 2010 I came here to enjoy the dishes with international influences ranging from ‘jerk chicken’ to ‘swedish meatballs‘ while enjoying the bustling atmosphere. The restaurant employees were reliable and the place is equipped with a charming interior design with several dining table located on the sidewalk. Here you do have to wait in line. If you go to here by using the subway may take a little longer but all of this will pay off when getting one of the experiences that I like from New York. At the same location there is also a jazz club at the bottom of the eating places that can bring back the old memory of Harlem with live music and cocktails.

2 .Esienberg‘s classic: one of the classic places to eat in New York
When I go in and sit down at the dinner table, I already knew that I would taste the typical dishes of New York. Wheat bread sandwich filled with pastrami and corned beef and pickled meats. On it I also added a chocolate egg cream even though no eggs but tastes sweet with chocolate syrup and seltzer. Very fresh and 100% original flavors of New York. When I came in the morning I usually sit around drinking coffee and eating a piece of cheese sandwiches, eggs, and bacon. It is arguably unhealthy food but I think this is the right food to start my day!

3 .Brooklyn Bridge Park: a green and had a good view
The park is designed so beautiful and is a new place in New York is a favorite of mine for a walk after enjoying a romantic dinner. But this place also can be enjoyed together with family or friends. Among children must also be happy with Jane‘s Carousel a carousel from the 1920s. I prefer to sit on the edge of a river or sitting on a park bench while looking at the view of Manhattan across the river is charming. Here too there is a wine bar and a couple of eating places that sell a variety of food ranging from lobster rolls and sandwiches.

4. Juliana‘s Pizza: Pizza modern with the old flavor
New York Pizza is cooked using charcoal is one of my favorite foods. Opened by a legend of New York Pizza which was about 80’s, Patsy Grimaldi, Juliana‘s is my choice when they want to feel the scorching of pizza with a crust that can only be made using charcoal oven. I am happy that I chose the traditional types such as with mozzarella cheese and tomato San Marzano or innovative types with shiitake mushrooms and goat cheese. Feeding site does however small this place could offer something more than other pizza places.

5. Mighty Quinn‘s: Taste the original BBQ in East Village
When I want to try the food other than that I can be of places to eat in New York, I would go to the Mighty Quinn‘s which is located right in the heart of New York. The dining area has a food with authentic BBQ flavor that can be directly ‘fly’ me to Carolina or Texas. Cooking the traditional manner using wood to make sense out of the meat is so delicious. This place is visited by many people like me every week with a dining room that is simple and attractive décor. With a price equal to the price for a dish such as beef ribs, here I could order a lot of dishes for my friends or even for two people only. I was always close my meal with a beer. You will definitely get a lot of energy to take a walk after enjoying a meal of this magnitude.

6. Grand Central Terminal: one of the best train station in the world
Welcome to the heart of Manhattan! I feel like I’m in a hurry when entering this place and although filled with millions of commuters every week, the station is actually more than just a train station alone. Grand Central Terminal is one of the magnificent landmarks with its main space that has become an icon of New York City along with the design of the ceiling are amazing. There is also a variety of foods to try, places selling drinks, shopping places, a market and also one of the largest Apple store in the world. After I admired the magnificent architecture, I usually feel hungry and thirsty. Fortunately the Grand Central Oyster Bar is located not too far away and has a varied menu of seafood that much, drink martini dracik correctly, and of course many kinds of oysters are ready to eat.

7. PS1 MoMA: enjoy art in Queens
Like most New Yorkers, I love the Museum of Modern Art, and one reason is the entry ticket, I could ride the 7 train and go visit PS1 in Queens. This modern museum occupies the building that was formerly used for schools, displays works of art from international artists. Museum is arguably the younger brother of MoMA. I suggest you have less time, so you can enjoy a meal at one of the restaurant in the museum named M. Wells Dinette. I also like to take people who visit to enjoy the show when the summer, such as the Warm Up is moving atmosphere of the club and the DJ out of the room.

8. Highline: feel walking on all
This amazing public park, which is across from the Meatpacking District to 30th Street, has changed the way people interact with the city of New York is. I love walking along this park because it is a railroad track that has been restored to enjoy the architecture of buildings and streets in the city of New York through a different angle. It took several visits to enjoy the garden with this charming design that has many kinds of beautiful plants which always changes according to the change of seasons. Looking at the city from a different angle is indeed one of the attractions of this place. Tips to avoid the crowds is to go early in the morning or at night to menkmati silence of the night in the city of New York.

9. Museum of Natural History: whales, bears, and the solar system
There are always fun and interesting things that can be seen on exhibit in the museum consisting of 27 buildings and 45 of this exhibition space. But a lot of interest New York people like me to visit the museum behind this is an experience to be had. Starting from jumbo whale hanging from the ceiling on Milstein Hall of Ocean Life diorama to be able to tell about the natural habitats of North America. This place is well-liked by all ages. If I want to travel to another solar system I was able to visit the Hayden Planetarium that featured stellar performances in the theater.

10 .Roosevelt Island that can be reached by cable car
Nothing can beat a trip to Roosevelt Island by using the cable car. With a ticket price that is equal to the subway ticket, I can fly hovering over Manhattan to get a stunning view of the city or see the apartments in New York when passing through the East River. Excitement does not just stop when out of this cable car. You can visit the city’s newest monument, a monument to Franklin D. Roosevelt Four Freedoms Park which offers beautiful views of the other. From here, the city of Manhattan looks so close that it feels like the building could reach the United Nations!
